American Apparel uses Retail Pro, one of the industry’s leading point-of-sale (POS) platforms. Index’s integration with Retail Pro creates an elevated customer experience by strengthening security and integrating online and offline channels, including email and mobile. Index’s fully hosted PCI Level 1 Gateway is certified to First Data, Vantiv, Chase Paymentech, Worldpay and other leading processors, so American Apparel can use the processor of their choice. “Retail Pro”, is a registered trademark of Retail Pro International, LLC.
Ingenico PIN Pad Integration for EMV, P2PE, NFC, Branded Checkout & Email Capture
Index software integrates directly to the Ingenico ISC 250 PIN pad to support American Apparel’s in-store hardware, thereby enhancing security and elevating the in-store experience. With Index, American Apparel can fully brand checkout, seamlessly capture customer email addresses, and offer one-time signup for e-receipts and opt-in for personalized marketing. Index’s simple web interface enables American Apparel to remotely manage its fleet of Ingenico devices, update splash screen content and turn features on and off including e-receipts and loyalty sign-up.
